@muheediva01 Yes, my greatgrandfather passed when I was 16, he shared stories of when he was a prisoner of war during WW2. My great grandmother passed away when I was 21. Miss them a lot

Borderline diabetic, smoking, not exercising. This kind of defense would have kept me on that track. Was 265 now around 225. No soda, or candy
