EXPOSED - IGP CREATES KILLER SQUAD TO DECAPITATE OSUN ACCORD LEADERS -OSUN GOVT
● SEEK PROTECTION FROM PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU, DIPLOMATIC COMMUNITY
OSOGBO - 18/05/2026 - Osunstate.gov.ng
The Osun state government and the leadership of Accord hereby raise alarm over a reliable report that the Inspector General of police has created and dispatched a special squad under CSP Moses Lahor for a decapitation operation against Accord leaders and top government officials ahead of the August 15 governorship elections.
We have an authentic report about the plot for the squad to land in Osun any moment from now and commence selective commando-like arrest of Accord officials, not for investigation and prosecution but likely summary execution.
The government and the party leadership also learnt reliably that the alleged killer squad have had series of special meetings with the APC gubernatorial candidate, Bola Oyebamiji during which he has given them all necessary logistics to carry out the planned gruesome agenda of liquidating all known Accord stalwarts in different parts of the State.
It was specifically gathered that the APC candidate has availed the killer squad two Toyota 18 seater passenger buses and one Sienna car for their smooth operations throughout the state.
What is worrisome is that the planned undercover operation is a secret scheme without the knowledge of the Osun State Commissioner of Police.
The head of the killer squad who is also a serving police officer is a former officer in charge of Anti Kidnapping in Osun State Command of Nigeria Police who was involved in the attempted murder of a chieftain of NURTW, Comrade Nurudeen Alowonle whom he shot in the abdomen.
He was then transferred out of Osun to Borno State as an operational punishment for the dastardly act of shooting a suspect in custody.
The report indicated that top APC leaders from Osun state influenced his eventual transfer to another police unit, the IRTsquad of Nigeria Police.
We hereby place an urgent appeal to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the International Community to take note of the looming planned mass arrest and killings of key figures of Accord Party in Osun state.
We need to equally let the IGP know that the peace loving people of Osun State will resist, through lawful means, the planned mayhem being orchestrated by the opposition APC and their candidate, AMBO, who on a daily basis is desperately planning all acts of mischief and malfeasance after glaringly being rejected by the people of Osun state even before the coming election.
We charge the IGP to toe the path of peace and harmony, so as not to allow his men (police) to be used to carry out the already known illegality in the interest of already sinking APC and its candidate, Mr Bola Oyebamiji in Osun state.
We want the public to know that the good people of Osun are aware and awake to all the hatchet jobs being planned by the embattled and rejected but desperate APC to win the coming August election in the state by all means, even though it is too late for them to come to terms with the glaring defeat awaiting them after the August 15,2026 election.
E Signed:
Oluomo Kolapo Alimi
Hon.Commissioner
Information and Public Enlightenment,
Osun State.

BAT would not trade away both Oyo and Osun at the same time in his political calculations. For him to appear unbothered by what is unfolding in Oyo and to call GSM's bluff, he must be confident that AMBO will win in Osun.
The AMBO movement is also gaining momentum and now appears to be on the front foot politically in the campaign run-in.
An AMBO victory in Osun would balance out whatever happens in Oyo. Also, with AMBO as Governor of Osun State, BAT can still comfortably win both Oyo and Osun in the 2027 presidential electiona, even with Makinde on the ballot himself.

@OgbeniDipo Fact remains that Bola oyebamiji (Amubo) is an upgraded flop. He will lose gallantly on 15th August 2026. No amount of packaging, trolling, intimidation, abuses, and threats of violence will change this.

The only thing Ademola Adeleke has over Bola Oyebamiji in Osun State is family pedigree. And maybe dance steps tho’
Academically, intellectual depth, administratively, experience wise, and even religiously, Adeleke cannot lace Oyebamiji’s shoes.
Beyond popularity and family name, Osun state deserves a leader with the capacity to manage people, resources and the future

@OgbeniDipo You need to wake up from your slumber sir

You think I'm happy living abroad?
I have a family I grew up with, whom I love with all of my heart - and the reality keeps dawning on me, on how many times I will see them before I one day turn 60.
People I saw daily, or once a month - I haven't seen in years, and would realistically only see once a year, going forward.
You think I'm happy?
That one day, I might end up having children and my siblings might not have the relationship with them - the relationship I had with my uncles, in my formative years? I remember clearly how they would take us to MrBiggs every Sunday - I am currently reliving the flavour from that meatpie.
How we would go to the family house in Ikeja, every year for Eid. The grandchildren uniforms, the snacks while watching your uncles slaughter rams.
You think I'm happy that I might one day lead a family of children who might not know their version of that?
WTF will I be doing in another man's land, if I did everything they asked me to do from childhood (face your studies, be exceptional, stay away from crime, be hardworking) and opportunities lined up for me to be the best I could, in my motherland? WTF will I be doing here?
Why will I condescend myself to living in a clime where I have to mentally switch from sun burning weather to teeth clenching winter - when I came from a land where I never needed gloves? You think I'm happy?
If I could do honest work, be on my way home and not have to bother about the risk of getting shot by the people meant to protect me, because I have some lines of tattoos on my body - you think I would leave?
If I could trust a justice system to defend me, ensure my rights even though I am a nobody - have trustworthy institutions banking on the highest standards, not have to worry about the bread I eat, the fake drinks from the club or streets, the fake drugs - you think I would leave?
Don't get me wrong. I am grateful for the opportunities this clime has given me, to test my limits - to be everything I thought I could be. But all of these, in replacement for the soul I grew up with?
You know the satisfaction that settled within me when I could wake up on a Saturday morning, stroll to the Iya wanke's place - relish an entire plate, or some ewa agonyin while watching children battle it out, in a 5 v 5 across the streets.
That communal living that relished my soul, is now replaced with silent streets and finely divided sealed terraces.
You walk through the city centres in the evenings - you see friends having an aperitif (they do so every evening), you see grandfathers meeting up with their children, you see entire families with extended families living across the streets, first cousins are even able to use the same gym and you remember what that looked like for you back home?
You think of all your friends scattered across continents, some you might never get to hug again.
For a lot of diasporans, you don't want Nigeria to work more than us. A lot of us want to come home, but what is home? Where is home? When will home feel like home?
I hope to continue living life without lack, in comfort, with accomplished dreams - but I want to do so, with soul. When I die one day, I want to do so - with soul.
