Crashed his way through the tube barriers in front of me this morning without paying. If someone is hiding their face behind a mask you can almost guarantee they are up to no good.

Another outstanding week of training at ATACC Group. We’ve just completed our Tactical Medical Planning Course, followed immediately by our CBRNE Medical Response Course - a powerful combination that bridges strategy, planning, and operational delivery. Our Tactical Medical Planning framework continues to prove its value. It provides a structured, practical approach to developing medical support plans that are adaptable, threat-informed, and operationally grounded. Delegates leave with a clear methodology they can take back to their organisations - enhancing capability, governance, and real-world readiness. Taking that foundation straight into our CBRNE Medical Response Course allows participants to apply planning principles in high-fidelity, immersive simulation. This course is specifically designed to complement existing organisational CBRNE training by introducing complex, realistic scenarios rooted in criminality and terrorism within the civilian environment. This is training for reality. Beyond the core foundations of CBRNE response, we focus heavily on: • Decision making under pressure • Critical thinking in dynamic environments • Tactical awareness and threat-informed practice • Multi-agency interoperability • Leadership in uncertainty Our approach ensures clinicians and operational teams are not just technically competent - but operationally capable. Thank you to all the professionals who trained with us this week. The standard was exceptional. #ATACCGroup #TacticalMedicine #MedicalPlanning #CBRNE #CBRNEMedical #TrainingForReality #OperationalMedicine #DecisionMaking #CriticalThinking #TacticalAwareness #Interoperability #EmergencyPreparedness #CounterTerrorism #PrehospitalCare

Meeting of the Minds in Zermatt . @HawkmoonHEMS & I. We have done this every year or two since 2013. Through social media and conferences such as SMACC, ATACC and @TBS_Zermatt .. the world has become incredibly smaller

@padoscan Completely agree. We need a far simpler surrogate. However, the bigger message from the trial is that our routine practice may well be significantly ‘off the mark’ and we should be prepared to adapt our Resus, even if just based on EtCO2 rise.

Latest from #Precare group in Australia have confirmed the importance of accurate chest compressions & patient centred resuscitation: 89% of compressions were missing LV and 76% were better placed with TOE guidance #resuscitation #Resuscitator #ARREST #SPEAR

@Obidoc Interesting, however getting even pocus to an oohca in the early stages is a rare event. We need a simple and effective way to measure flow in those first few vital minutes

🏔️ TBS 2026 🏔️ The resuscitate tour brought together like-minded clinicians in an incredible setting, visiting locations across the region while hearing from world-leading experts in resuscitation 🖤 From key challenges and favourite subjects to honest reflections on frustrations in practice, the conversations were thought-provoking, inspiring, and refreshingly real. The event truly captured everything we love about TBS - cutting-edge medicine, brilliant minds, and meaningful discussion in a relaxed, social environment. Few experiences compare to learning and being inspired in such outstanding company, in a place as remarkable as Zermatt ❄️ To learn more about our Resuscitation Series - Please click the below link 👇 f.mtr.cool/oppapbfeuo #TBS #Resuscitation #MedicalEducation #EmergencyMedicine #CriticalCare #LifelongLearning #HealthcareProfessionals #ClinicalExcellence #Zermatt TBS26

Our latest systematic review is now live in @EmergencyMedBMJ. We looked at the association between intra-arrest DBP & CPP and ROSC. The data supports a move toward physiology-guided CPR, with 35mmHg DBP emerging as a potential target. @EMManchester 📄doi.org/10.1136/emerme…
