The most life-saving thing you can do for a family member you love is to NEVER leave their bedside if they’re ever admitted to hospital. Every hour you’re allowed to be there— watch over everything like you are doing the biggest test of your life. Take turns with other family members if you need to. Every medicine, every health professional who walks in the room, any symptom your loved one experiences. Be present. Speak up. Ask questions. Don’t give a ___ if any unprofessional staff member tries to make you feel like you shouldn’t be there or dismisses you. The health of your loved one is too important. Be perfectly polite and cordial but make it clear that you demand the highest standards and attentiveness. As a doctor who has worked in dozens of hospitals in the USA and Europe— trust me when I tell you this could save your loved one’s life one day. Be a supportive ROCK advocate at the bedside.

Let me share a POWERFUL REFRAME that can change your entire life. A few months ago there was a tragic incident a couple miles from our home. A man was merging into traffic on the highway & another wasn't letting him in. They shouted at one another. They flipped each other off. The other guy then shot at the man missing, but tragically striking his six year old son who was in the backseat & killed him. 😢 A dead child. A man in prison for life. I view my car as CHURCH now. -Jesus music & a worship session. -Quiet time to pray & give thanks. -Opportunity to be kind to others. Our modern world is so fast. Constant notifications, emails, & business. So STOP listening to talk radio or sports radio & having constant noise in your life. START viewing your commute & car as a time of REST! No phone. Never in a hurry. A place of worship & stillness. Your car is now your sanctuary. 🙏❤️

Have you ever had a reoccurring dream so POWERFUL you felt you actually HEARD FROM GOD? (Or heard from God another way that was so clear). I have two times in my life & both came 100% true. Doctors told my wife she couldn't get pregnant. We got engaged planning to do adoption, but I kept having this REOCCURRING VIVID DREAM of me & my little girl in the front yard of this bright green open lawn. I kept spinning her in circles. We would laugh & she had the most beautiful smile saying "one more time daddy." I had this dream 15 + times while. I kept telling my wife I know we will have a girl!!! We got pregnant on the honeymoon!! I knew before the doctors told us at week 15 -- my angel was now here because I had already seen her!! ❤️❤️ The second my mom got diagnosed with aggressive cancer. I started having VIVID DREAMS immediately of her in her 90's on our family porch. The same dream over & over again. I knew she would be fine. 12 years later & she's in remission & lifts/runs/bikes everyday at 69 years young. Have you experienced anything like this??! I'm curious if by way of dreams or another method you know GOD SPOKE TO YOU TOO?!

A man has a complete meltdown after spotting my MAGA hat in Nashville on July 4th. He quickly became agitated and repeatedly shoved me in the head and chest. After seeing him reach into his waist, I decided it was time to walk 50 feet over to the police. I had a hard time understanding him in the moment, but with replay and slow motion I was able to make it out. He accused me of rage-baiting Black women — even as they defended me, told him they wanted to speak, and insisted everything was peaceful. Watch as Black women repeatedly pull him away throughout the video trying to de-escalate. He also claims I’ll post this on an “I hate Black people” website. YouTube video drops tomorrow.
