I would like trading to start in the USA at 4am: US, ASIA, UK trading at the same time. Be done in 2-3 hours (if that), then go enjoy the day. Or if one has a business or volunteers, they have the entire day to do so. Options should open up at 4am as well. Folks need to be outside in the sun and fresh air more.
