Darius - I'm not asking the film to have provided a high drama debate. I was just asking for some balance in the message about LDL. The first message of the great value of keto diet is outstanding, and @realDaveFeldman deserves massive kudos for all that he has accomplished in that arena. But when Dave said that familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is the best evidence that LDL can cause CVD he's just plain wrong, and he should know that he's wrong. He has seen me present the evidence that FH individuals with extremely high LDL from birth have a normal lifespan. He has seen me show that elderly FH individuals have a normal rate of CVD mortality and that FH individuals have an overall normal rate of stroke. The experts, even strong statin advocates, have stated that high LDL must interact with other risk factors, e.g., high BP, glucose or smoking, in order to increase risk of CVD. So why would an LMHR, someone with no risk factors other than high LDL, go on a statin? He chose to make his film more dramatic by stoking the fears of high cholesterol in healthy people, rather than have someone, including cardiologists, such as Nadir Ali or @DrAseemMalhotra or @ifixhearts or Rita Redberg to provide their perspective on high LDL in a healthy person. Not as a fight over LDL, just to provide balance to the film. Instead, we have docs in the film who were noncommittal about high LDL in a healthy person. If he had included any of a dozen MDs who have provided published evidence that high LDL does not cause CVD then he wouldn't have been so astonished to see that LMHRs didn't have much plaque. What I consider a travesty and even malpractice, is to have someone as healthy as an LMHR go on a statin. This is a triumph of pharma control of medical education and network media to convince people that high LDL, alone, is harmful and must be controlled. As a follow-up to my post yesterday, I raised the issue of clotting factors as superior measures of CVD risk compared to LDL. In the film "Cholesterol Code", Dave Feldman was astonished to see that plaque was not well developed in the LMHRs and their subsequent research has shown that LDL does not correlate with plaque development. If he had paid attention to my presentations at CoSci or if he had read any of my papers he would not have been so astonished. Here is one slide of mine that shows one clotting factor, fibrinogen, is an age-independent risk factor for coronary heart disease and stroke. One would think that they should've assessed clotting factors in the LMHRs, but apparently, they did not. HOW THEY ENGINEERED THE FAKE PANDEMIC 1. China released staged footage of people “dropping dead” in the streets; scenes never witnessed anywhere else in the world before or after December 2019. 2. A PCR test was rolled out that could not determine whether someone was actually sick. The vast majority of results were false positives. 3. The claim of asymptomatic transmission was heavily promoted to justify restrictions on healthy people and to force mass testing on the entire population; which led to tens of millions of false positive test results. 4. Tech companies and media outlets were mobilized to censor dissent and rebrand inconvenient truths as “misinformation.” 5. Behavioral psychologists were brought in to design fear-based messaging specifically intended to secure public compliance. 6. To keep the illusion of a deadly pandemic alive, they required excess mortality data. 7. Ordinary mild respiratory symptoms alone could not produce those numbers, so the population was subjected to sustained psychological pressure capable of triggering mass psychogenic illness. 8. Relentless fear messaging kept cortisol levels chronically elevated, weakening immune function, particularly among the elderly. 9. Social isolation, delayed medical care, and lockdown policies then generated the excess deaths needed to prop up the narrative. 10. Cloth and surgical masks were suddenly declared effective, something no serious public-health authority had previously recommended for ordinary respiratory pathogens, turning every face into a walking advertisement for fear. 11. People were conditioned to remain isolated “until the vaccine was ready,” buying authorities additional time to expand control. 12. Billions were injected with an experimental product that was claimed to stop both infection and transmission. 13. When those claims collapsed, the goalposts were moved: “Your shot won’t work unless the unvaccinated also take it.” 14. New “variants” were announced every few months to justify an endless series of booster campaigns. 15. A new condition - “long COVID” - was introduced to reframe mounting vaccine side effects. 16. Pharmaceutical companies recorded unprecedented profits, shielded by government contracts and complete legal immunity. 17. Anyone who raised objections was silenced, deplatformed, investigated, or publicly discredited. 18. 365 years of temperature data from central England, the world's longest running climate record, show no trend. Despite a six-fold rise in population and a surge in CO2, January temperatures have barely shifted since 1600. Likewise for July, the hottest month of the year, temperatures are virtually unchanged. The warmest winters on record happened in the 1700s, the 1800s, and the early 1900s, long before modern emissions. Any warming is slow, natural, with the slight modern uptick likely linked to 1) the urban heat island effect, and 2) earth's gradual recovery from the little ice age. The majority are "hyperscale" facilities operated by tech giants like AWS, Google, Microsoft, and Meta. A further 9 data centres are under construction and 43 more holding planning approval. Ireland is turning into one large data centre the way things are going. On a per-capita basis, Ireland has roughly 10 times more data centre capacity than the European average. They are massive empty husks of nothingness needed for the AI revolution that will steal your jobs and radically transform your world (The Singularity, anyone?). Data centres in Ireland use between 500,000 and 5 million litres of water daily per facility for cooling. However, the exact nationwide total remains contested due to discrepancies in what is recorded by Uisce Éireann. Uisce Éireann (Irish Water) seems more interested in what households are consuming and officially provides a reporting hotline for the public to report neighbors breaching the hosepipe ban. Meta’s Clonee data centre in County Meath uses 657 million litres per year alone. Because the water escapes into the atmosphere as steam, it cannot be physically captured or recycled on site. One data centres uses as much as a large town. But never mind all that. Let's just snitch on our neighbours for using their hosepipe. It is easy to see how a Stasi secret police-style operation would go down in this country. It would be a great success for those who seek to control us all. Data centres also use more electricity than all households in Ireland. This is why Ireland's data centres consume a staggering 22% of the nation's total electricity and are likely to consume 26% by the end of the year. In other European nations, data centres typically use just around 3% of a country's grid capacity. Irish households paid an average of €360 more for electricity between 2015 and 2023 due to data centre demand, and without policy changes, they could face up to €1,600 in total cumulative extra costs between 2025 and 2034. Your neighbour is not your problem or your enemy. While you twitch curtains to spy on them watering their plants, you are being taken for a ride because your eyes are not looking where they ought to be.
