Wow @OctopusEnergy you have surpassed yourselves! Constant probs for pretty much 24 months. Now get an email saying my monthly cost (I’m in credit by +£500 and just fixed my tariff for another year) is going from £166 a month to £565 a month! #jokers

Hey Anth, we’ve kept our variable Intelligent Octopus Go prices steady since October of last year and didn't pass on any of the January rise. Because these discounts are applied to an already discounted rate, they appear smaller. I'm just the other side of a DM if you have any Q's about this. 🐙

@OctopusEnergy absolutely dreadful customer service over the last 4 months - failed to send me a monthly bill - deducted the whole amount from my account and then double by direct debit - despite many requests - absolutely shocking

@OctopusEnergy Hi, I’ve an appointment on Wednesday for a smart metre to be fitted. I’ve just received my first bill and it reads as if I already have a smart metre. If this is the case should I cancel the appointment? Also is there any way of getting an IHD sent out?

@OctopusEnergy nothing but issues with this company since day one. They fitted a heat pump 5th January and still it's not working over 2 months later. I have called and messaged using their online forms and emails but still no resolution. Should have stayed with old gas boiler

@OctopusEnergy my Hypervolt 2 EV charger has just received its firmware update to make it compatible with IOG but apparently you have to instigate it your end before I can pair it up. My Tesla goes back soon and my new car isn't compatible so I am keen to get the charger sorted.

@SavingSessions @OctopusEnergy Had a smart meter fitted on Thursday and was out most of Friday but the App, that still doesn’t give meter readings states my usage has gone from 3.2kwh on Thursday to 6.95 kwh yesterday. I can see a court case coming.

@OctopusEnergy in what world does ‘award winning’ and ‘obsessive’ service match up with increasing my balance by £800+ due to an octopus error and then giving me no way to contact someone who can actually help? You respond to a trustpilot rating but not to a significant problem.
