CLOSING OUT THE DAY: I completed my inspection of the “No Child Left Behind” program roll out at Mtopanga Secondary School in Kisauni. The bursary forms are getting to each and every day secondary school in Mombasa with efficiency. Our efforts target over 40,000 students from needy families in all 30 wards of Mombasa.
