@Paychex, explain taking $465.48 from me for COBRA coverage in April that you never activated with my insurance provider. 5calls/7hrs on hold, 0 activation. I finally asked for cancellation and refund 2 months ago, still no timeline when I called today. I want my money back. NOW.
