@SurePayroll @PAYCHEX As a long time Surepayroll customer, I'm very disappointed about the product. The W-2 forms filed by SurePayroll were returned by the SSA. It's been a month, SurePayroll has been unable to provide any update on when this issue will be resolved.

@Paychex Hey Paychex, I've called in twice to your 401k service center twice. Your customer support is horrible, and your representative "K." is, to put it simply, not very nice or helpful. In fact, she is downright rude.
