Update on the Dennis Black Magic story. On appeal he was found not guilty of raping all the women that accused him. My understanding is other charges related to prostitution and threats were upheld but I don’t know the details of that. It’s a huge win for Dennis. They deleted my account after I posted a video against trafficking and claimed it “promoted gender violence and sexual exploitation.” It’s the complete opposite — and this kind of censorship only helps traffickers, not victims. They rejected the appeal despite the video being on the platform and others for over a year. Also no warning. No strikes. Just immediate ban. @TikTokSupport @tiktokcreators
