@Big_Sinudo If the government is attentive, something needs to be done urgently about waste disposal/mgt. PH city is dirty and smelling. Residents hv been complaining on social media for over three months

DETERIORATED STRETCH OF THE NTA–MGBUOBA ROAD.
The severity of the situation triggered severe traffic congestion from Location Junction down to Obiri Ikwerre.
Shortly after, the complaints began to flood social media platforms.
In less than a week, the Rivers State Government, through the Ministry of Works, responded swiftly, commencing repairs while tackling the persistent issue of waterlogging.
This is a clear indication that the government led by Sir Sim Fubara is attentive and committed to public service.
It further confirms that citizens’ voices—particularly across digital platforms—are not ignored.
Well done to the people of Rivers State; we have indeed built a vibrant digital community.
Commendations to our responsive Governor, Siminalayi Fubara.

Wike with capacity! No put body o
Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, @GovWike has said today's National Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will demonstrate to Nigerians and the international community that the party is still alive and will bounce back.
English

@dcryptosailor Since it’s looking like Boma Iyaye is out of the race, who do you think the cap fits?
English

@UdoBartho Even if Otti serves for 8yrs. Abia can’t measure Akwa Ibom.
English

I really don't blame you
if we had a people-oriented government, who is Abia state to rub shoulders with Akwaibom in any way with all our resources and wealth.
we have Ibom power plant that is capable of powering the entire state when in full capacity but there's no urgency from the government to make that a reality.
that being said, Abia is no where near the level of Akwa Ibom in its bad form. I remember a time when people used to troop in from Aba to see water fountain and flyover in Uyo for the first in their lives during festive season. 😂
that's why I'm personally happy for Abians for the gift of Alex Otti but please know you place and don't talk shit about Akwaibom.
we'll be back stronger.
Onwa_Nnewi@Kene_Nnewi
Abia State is miles ahead of Akwa-Ibom in whatever capacity you can think of. Akwa-Ibom people before you argue kindly tell your governor to take you out of darkness....You don't argue while in darkness. May Abia State keep rising for good.

@BabaganaAshraf Even if he joins ADC. I think he shld support one of his mentees to the National Assembly. 2011 to 2027 is enough to serve his constituents.
English

@MarvinFish9 PDP is dead and buried. The remnants are just hungry folks running around Wike to eat the little they can get from him
English

Join ADC n stop disturbing us.
PDP doesn't know you exist

PRESS STATEMENT
29-03-2026
RESIGNATION FROM THE NEW NIGERIA PEOPLE’S PARTY (NNPP)
I wish to formally announce my resignation from the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) with immediate effect.
I seize this opportunity to express my profound gratitude for the honour and privilege of serving as the Party’s National Leader and its Presidential Candidate in the 2023 General Elections. As a committed and bonafide member of the party, this was not an easy decision to make.
However, considering the current trajectory of the nation’s political landscape, which calls for strategic realignment, I have found it necessary to identify with another political platform that offers the best opportunity to effectively change the nation.
I extend my deepest appreciation to the National Chairman, Ajuji Ahmed and the entire National Working Committee for their steadfast support throughout my time. I also thank the Board of Trustees, the National Executive Committee, and all levels of leadership across the party — from the ward to the state level, as well as the legacy members of the party and all followers of the Kwankwasiyya Movement for their dedication and commitment to our shared mission.
We shall continue to collaborate and work together towards charting a better and more prosperous future for our dear nation.
Signed,
Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE
Former Kano State Governor,
2023 Presidential Candidate,
New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP)

@ItsGeGeLe Even if Danladi clinches the APC ticket with the backing of AA he will likely win. There’s no opposition in the state. PDP is dead and AFC doesn’t seem to hv a strong footing in Kwara.
English

I pray APC mistakenly gives their ticket to Danladi. Shebi the next Gov is whoever wins APC ticket Abi?
You go think say 2027 na 2019 otoge.
@
@ItsGeGeLe Weather we like it or not.... the next governor of Kwara state is whoever wins APC primaries. And AA will have a very big say in that primaries.. So yeah.. AA will play a big part.
English

@VictorManjul In the past three years nothing has improved in education, waste mgt, electricity, agriculture, etc. the bros doesn’t deserve a second term
English

@_ibraheemlateef Please list some of his projects in Kwara North
English

GovAA won't be the one to chose Kwara APC Governorship candidate. Take it to UBA Bank.
Asiwaju Yusuf Olatunji@BabalegbaLoriKW
Governor Abdulrahman successor is coming from Kwara North.
English

@i_am_wura Reality ke! No be who Abdulrahman throw him weight behind go get ticket? You no see how the LG elections happen for the state ?
English

@InsideIlorin_NG Abdulrazaq failed woefully hence, the state deserves a better Governor in 2027
English
