I wish I could explain how tiring it is to live inside a head that never fully rests. Even during happy moments, there are thoughts, never ending cycle

The scariest part of life isn't change. It's how fast Allah can flip everything. One night you're drowning in sin, the next morning you're rushing for Fajr. One month you're chasing dunya, the next you're begging Allah for Jannah. One year you feel unseen, the next you're surrounded by barakah you never imagined. Life doesn't move slow. Allah can turn your entire story with a single du'a.

may allah forgive every deceased muslim who passed away before ramadan reached them and grant them mercy, light, and peace in their graves. may he accept our prayers for them and reunite us in jannah where there is no more parting.

there’s really no salve for all this grief. you can try to go about your day and do ‘normal’ things and be normal and look normal and laugh with your friends and marvel at the sky when you remember to look up but then it’s all still there cloying in your throat
