@OfficialRumbold @declan_19 I was the same first couple of times I tried taking, headaches and generally felt shite. Restarted recently and put it in a big bottle of water and sip it over an hour or so rather than drinking it quickly and I’ve had no issues this time round

Creatine is class, highly recommend even if you don’t go gym, wake up fresh completely switched on, don’t get mid day brain fog, if you go gym you can lift a little more, not much but more, downside, have to drink 3L of water plus a day and shin cramps that of dbol, but recommend
