Singapore has the highest density of millionaire households per capita in the world. But most of that wealth is locked in property. Strip the home out and it doesn't look so rosy.
The best arbitrage right now: earn Singapore wages, live in a JB bungalow.
You get a HDB flat for ~S$1M. The same money gets you a 7,000 sq ft bungalow across the Causeway. A friend lives in a cubicle in Orchard and head to his bungalow with pool on weekend.
"Travel sucks though?" Your commute won't be longer than the average person's in Beijing, Seoul or Jakarta. Door-to-door 90 mins each way is everyday life in most major Asian cities. Btw, I don't think RTS will solve the problem in 2027.
Choose wisely. Earn SG wage, live JB bungalow. Best bilateral relationships.

For 80 years a math problem was straight up unsolvable.
This week OpenAI solved the Erdős unit distance problem. Then Mythos solved it also days later with its own proof.
Two internal AI models cracked a problem at the center of mathematics within days of each other.
So if AI can independently rediscover 80-year-old math that no human could crack… maybe we should take Maraoz's thesis seriously. dude was CTO of the most widely used smart contract security.

PSA: I now consider *all* of DeFi unsafe. Coding agents are superhuman at finding vulnerabilities, and smart contract security is too asymmetric: defenders need to fix every bug while attackers need just one exploit to steal funds.

Vitalik Points to DeepSeek V4 as Local AI Meets Ethereum Privacy
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin updated his progress on local AI, saying DeepSeek V4 now has a 2-bit quantized version that can run within about 90 GB of VRAM, reaching roughly 35 tokens per second on Apple hardware and about 7 tokens per second on AMD hardware.
Vitalik said true "CROPS AI" should support multiple hardware platforms, rather than being framed only as "decentralized AI." 上一轮周期操作对了八次错了一次，但往往那一次代价是巨大的，不过大家不用过于担心都是上一轮利润回撤。这次反弹结束后全力准备好抄底新一轮操作，并且一半以上时间和精力投研AI股和投资(寻找大神学习中)，乐观者永远选择相信趋势，只有相信才不会恐慌加密低点和AI高位。

反弹这一波基本结束了，多次表达这一轮看反弹而不是反转，往上平仓策略。后续可能的几个利空，一个是美股高位正常回调，一个是石油价格影响通胀问题，而导致降息预期出现变化，重点是美国国债收益率反弹明显。加密长期是美好的，现在是黎明前的黑暗，每一轮熊市都有无数悲观和离场，但是深度熊市往往是入场和耐心的好机会。AI时代利好2波人，一波是敢于梭哈AI股的，一波是AI创业者。我建议未来收益的50%配置在AI领域，这是不可逆转的趋势，ALL IN AI是唯一选择。
