Incredibly sad news today… the beloved Tom Kane has passed away.
He shaped SO many of our childhoods/teenage years as Takeo Masaki in Call of Duty Zombies and as Yoda in Star Wars The Clone Wars. Can’t be understated how huge of a loss this is for us all. RIP Tom. Thank you for all the joy you brought in our lives 💙🕊️

People aint gonna like it but:
- Nerf ability damage across the board (so you can)
- Buff primary damage across the board
- Make mint retrograde exotic

Incredibly curious, would like to hear your thoughts:
From my OWN personal experience playing Marathon - close to 400 hrs at this point - I feel that the vast majority of the time, the best loot that I manage to extract with almost always comes from the bodies of enemy players that me/my team kill (and not necessarily from the map itself)
Is this your experience as well, or is it different? Interested to hear perspectives outside of my own.

@Warhogy @falloutplays There is 100% "Better loot" on players.
I can go in with a blue lmg, a purple sniper, and green backpack and come out with gold cores, gold/purple shield, cryo weapon, etc.
If they came in with a Misriah with better mods than the one I found in a locker = better loot.

You're biased because you are judging by loot collected and filtered by others, not you.
There is no "better loot" on players. It is the same loot

@happytobebald @jcp243 @MacticsG1 Rooks dont even get enough shotgun ammo to 1v3 anyway. He wasnt "meant to" but he can with or without the shotty. The shotgun just needed a RoF nerf. a Rook cant even defend himself with a basic loadout now.
Losing a 1v3 to a single rook is a skill issue.

@OfflineBTW @jcp243 @MacticsG1 That’s perfectly fine. Rooks were never intended to consistently 1 v 3 teams with shotguns. Now with the mercy kit option rooks are teaming up more too

I feel like the WSTR didn’t need to get nerfed nearly as hard as it did, still feel like the knife nerfs were too extreme, and now im worried they will do the same with self-rez and anything else that feels remotely good.
Eventually everything will suck and feel awful to use.
