Is it just me or is our manager not doing a 1000 interviews a day now.

Winning without control is just borrowed time. Manchester United are getting results, but look closer. Long balls, Moments of brilliance, Chaos. No real control, no consistent press, no clear identity. Just vibes. And that doesn’t last. When the schedule tightens, structure becomes everything - rotation, recovery, consistency. Without it, levels drop… and results follow. Then you look at Bruno Fernandes. He’s everywhere. Defence. Midfield. No.10. Wings. If he’s not there, the whole thing collapses. That’s not a system. That’s dependence. Ruben Amorim saw that. He didn't try to remove Bruno - he tried to build a team where Bruno is a part of the system, not the system itself. Because at the highest level… Teams win you games. Not individuals. And right now? We’re still relying on moments… instead of building something that lasts.

🚨Manchester United want their next manager to be a good coach but also someone with character and charisma to cope with the scrutiny that comes with the job. As impressive as Carrick has been, he does not have the sort of experience of managing a club the size of United some inside the club believe to be a necessary component of their next boss. If the appointment of a proven, big-name manager becomes achievable, United could yet pivot but, as things stand, Carrick is a strong candidate. [@SamiMokbel_BBC] #MUFC

You can say whatever you want about Amorim, but the reality is under him we didn’t go into every game looking the worst team on the pitch who couldn’t pass a ball 5 yards to a teammate. We kept the ball and we created with it. Under Carrick it’s basically Bruno hero ball.
