Later you bring it up in the office and call him out: the way he talks to the whole staff (especially the J-1 visa workers) like they’re slaves, no empathy, zero respect. The meeting goes nuclear. They fire you on the spot. But you stay completely calm and walk out like a legend. This actually happened. Would you have confronted your boss like that… or stayed quiet to keep the job?
