The lady isn’t saying they can’t use the back yard. She is asking them to be considerate of all the neighbors who live in that close quarters neighborhood and tell her children not to scream at the top of their lungs. You can hear them screaming throughout the video. The renter is rude and not teaching her children to respect the neighborhood. What happened to being a good neighbor? We all share this world and cooperation is importance. Think of every yard in that neighborhood had everyone making as much noise at whatever volume they wanted it would be miserable. This is a social contract.

This woman pays over $2250 a month to rent this home in this nice neighborhood. It was a nice big yard in the back where she lets the kids play in. During the holidays like Easter she does egg hunts for the kids and makes it festive and memorable for them. However anytime she uses the yard, this woman comes by, she calls the landlord, and she tells them that their yard isn’t for their use. That they have to be quiet for the other neighbors. When you went a home with a yard, it’s not unreasonable to think that you can enjoy the space as well right? Is it possible this woman is overreacting, why aren’t the neighbors that she claims are upset about the noise the ones knocking on the door and saying anything?
