You will strike out. You will make errors. You will pitch bad. That’s baseball. The separator isn’t talent - it’s response. The way you handle failure… The way you reset… The way you compete on the next pitch… 👉 That’s the game. ⚾️

Every day at 7PM, taps is played over the loudspeakers at Dallas National Cemetery, just beyond the outfield wall at DBU During every gameday at 7, they pause to honor the fallen troops buried just beyond the wall One of the best traditions in sports

And Mike Tirico gave the sign off of a century 🫡 Can’t wait to see a kid 15 years from now talking about how they remember hearing this and how stoked they are to be competing at the Olympics 🙏🏼

They capped it off with a perfect, undefeated season in both league and tournament play. We love seeing our athletes compete and succeed across multiple sports. The leadership, toughness, and discipline they build on the court carries right to the field. Proud of you, fellas!

🏆🏀 Champions From The Diamond To The Hardwood! 🏀🏆🦬 Huge congratulations to Ky Watson, Kaedyn Sullivan, and Zav Daniels from our Ohio Bison 14U team on winning the LCL Championship last night with their 8th grade basketball team against Licking Heights! 🏆

Congratulations to Miles Drake of our 17U team on his commitment to Mott CC, where he will continue both his academic $ athletic career! 🤘🏻 We are extremely proud of Miles. Mott is getting not only a talented player, but an even better young man. 🦬

0-0 curveballs have the highest run value out of all pitches, when thrown in zone. Why? Because it is a FREE strike. Curveballs are swung at just 23% of the time in 0-0 counts when it is IN ZONE. All 0-0 curveballs? Only 15% swings. Knowing this, if you can't land a curveball, it probably isn't a good 0-0 option for you. Understand what pitches you can land and can't. Understand what pitches you are trying to get swings on and which ones you are trying to get takes. Knowing who you are and the purpose behind each pitch is vital to your success.

🦬❄️ WINTER WEATHER UPDATE | THE HERD ATHLETIC FACILITY ❄️🦬 Bison families — we are monitoring the incoming winter weather for this weekend and will share any updates as needed regarding indoor practices.

Here is our Winter Weather Policy for facility operations: ✅ Level 1: Open as normal (unless otherwise noted) 🚫 Level 2: Closed 🚫 Level 3: Closed While this is our standard policy, please know we will always use best judgment to protect our players and families.
