What would you say are the best prop firms currently with the highest payout cap and least amount of rules? looking to run up some prop firm accounts and take you guys on that journey.

Yeah trailing is annoying, but once you find your way to work around it, things get easier. I must admit, my first trade on a Pro is normally 4 GC cons and one account per trade. Yes, I blow heaps of accounts, but once over the buffer 💰I see an account as a trade, it’s aggressive, but at $100 per account, it’s still cheaper than a small personal account trade with no margin to worry about and zero risk of a life changing flush or tilt 🤷🏼♂️

@lanto_trades @CoachDBA @Topstep TPT are the best firm by a clear mile IMO. Unmatched in most aspects. Not the easiest, but more than worth the effort! Pricing is also very fair.

@Emmonspired Trading full time isn’t as great as people think. Everyone is different. I returned to a high stress job because I can handle the stress, the 24/7 anxiety of trading full time actually made me unhappy. I applaud you mate, it takes a toll especially after all those years 👏👏

a $50K account with weekly payouts and a consistency rule is worse than a $25K account with daily payouts and no cap

“Why wouldn’t you?” Because every cent that gets paid to affiliates doesn’t go back into the firm. Sustainability of the firm is my priority, and should be for every trader. If an affiliate provides a useful service, by all means, but using affiliate codes just because is stupidity. I agree with you to an extent, but the “Always use someone’s code” culture, isn’t good for the traders.

I was raised in a way that you help me I help you always and never step on someone’s toes on purpose.
In my eyes you should use the code of the content creator you enjoy consuming their free content. Why wouldn’t you? It cost you nothing extra.
I use my fellow creators codes all the time when I buy. Why wouldn’t I?

I have to disagree to an extent because it is not at the buyers expense. If they use an affiliates code it does not cost the buyer a nickel more. In my eyes people should use the codes of the content creators they like whether it’s for their trading content, articles, news, entertainment or mix there of. If you consume someone’s free content and find it useful/enjoyable then you should use said creators code. At least I was raised in a way that brings me to this conclusion. It’s one had washed the other type of thing.

Apparently it’s petty to use logic and do what’s best for the traders 🤦♂️ I’m sure this Diego is cool, but what an immature Post… People need to ask themselves, what’s the priority? I can tell you from someone who’s been rugged by a firm for big money, it’s prop firm sustainability. I occasionally use one person’s code, because he provides a good platform where I can see all discounts to compare, and also get support with issues. But not all the time. I mostly use firm codes, simply because I would rather do what I can to make sure the firm can pay me and other traders long term and that’s certainly not making them pay random people for nothing. These firms paying 10-15% to affiliates are asking for trouble if you ask me. We all bitch on @Topstep but you know what? When I got rugged by a firm, guess the only firm I traded 🤷🏼♂️

Notice how it's only the affiliates with codes that are this salty. The truth is that they don't need your codes. They get the SAME discount from the firm automatically.
How is it petty because people don't want to put money in YOUR pockets at their own expense.
Maybe offer something that’s deserving and worthy of someone using your code.

If you’re a trader that purposely doesn’t use any affiliate codes for discounts and just uses the firms active promo code like “Winter25” for 25% off, just to make sure an influencer doesn’t get the commission is next level envy and pettiness but I low key understand it but it’s just so corny I didn’t realize people actually did this till scrolling my comments

@hekyoda That’s exactly why I use TV 🤣 You can execute on your phone with Sierra, but I still have to use TV for mobile charting. Bottom line, Sierra is like an F1 car V a super car, the F1 is superior, but not as practical for daily use 🤝
