Its time for hiring Looking for cracked devs who can do just about anything. Not just frontend backend deployment but if I throw a problem at you, you solve it. A friend of mine got rejected from 47 jobs. 47. No interviews. No callbacks. Nothing. At some point, he genuinely started believing he just “wasn’t good enough.” Then one day, he changed only ONE thing. Not his skills. Not his projects. Not his experience. Just his resume format + ATS keywords. Suddenly: - interviews started coming - recruiters replied - companies got interested Same person. Same skills. Same brain. Different keywords. That honestly made me question how broken hiring has become. Because if someone can go from “completely ignored” to “interview worthy” without becoming more skilled… Then what exactly are companies filtering for? Talent? Or resume optimization? The scary part is: Now AI can generate perfectly ATS-optimized resumes in minutes. So the system is slowly rewarding people who know how to game filters… Not necessarily people who can actually build, think, or execute. Feels like hiring needs better signals now.
