Obviously, I'm not a Harry Potter guy. I saw the first movie and the last movie. Fuck JK. But I'll be damned if the wizards at HBO didn't make me shed a tear with that excellent trailer. Could this be the biggest TV show of all time? At this point, I wouldn't bet against it...

Not a fan of ICE but when people visit Italy and other developed countries do they not pay attention?

Cities spend decades (and millions) trying to attract the kind of energy Houston had for Spring Break. In my first @HoustonChron op-ed: I question whether we’re going to get serious about infrastructure, transit, and public safety—or keep getting surprised.

Opinion | Since COVID, thanks to TikTok, Houston has become a spring break hotspot. This year, it got way out of control. houstonchronicle.com/opinion/outloo…

I wish we could teach our kids to act right around people dressed like sluts instead of this weak "family-friendly" dress code at the rodeo. Is not the beach a family environment? Is not the pool a family environment? Skin is normal, other people showing some is their choice.

Not a fan of this DLSS 5 filter that turns games into AI slop and completely changes the original art direction of the game.

I get a lot of people don’t like all the Spring Break people coming to Houston but to blame the Houston Rodeo shutting down on them is crazy when that could’ve easily just been people from Houston. It’s not the first time people was fighting at the rodeo

@shea_jordan Agreed. All the complaining is weak. Have some vision. The city has a full year to turn this into a net positive tourism boom that keeps visitors engaged and contained to one part of town (maybe downtown), leaving the rest of the city to Houstonians.

The City of Houston should really be leaning into this moment. There’s a clear, growing interest in Houston as a spring break destination—especially for Black young people—and more broadly as a place people actually want to visit. That’s an opportunity.
