@SamanthaLippett Couldn’t agree more! The PSA is established as an assessment of competence in prescribing. Might help identify clinicians who require extra support in becoming safe, effective and responsible prescribers. Arguably, every prescriber should do the PSA in some shape or form.

@jackiecassell @RobJimFleming @DacreJane @FlexNHS Couldn’t agree more. There needs to be some flexibility in the medical career model at every level. Should be part of the bigger picture! All to often the focus is on a linear route to achieving the desired outcome for patients.

The NHS has structural barriers to flexible and LTFT working. This deters people from returning to work and fulfilling their potential. We need to address this to retain clinical staff.
