the gap between "i have an idea" and "i shipped a product" just got so small it's basically not a gap anymore for anyone, anywhere

creativity also requires money; a lot of it, actually.

I could go on and on about why we keep shipping in-house: 📦 I'm still hands-on with our products and I can see and feel the quality of everything (in a pinch I'll jump in to help ship too) 🤗 We accommodate all sorts of customer requests that a 3PL can't 👩‍💻 We control the whole experience end-to-end. If you email us with a question, we can address it with the actual product in front of us. 💪 It *feels* so much more fulfilling than watching numbers on a screen Would drop-shipping be easier? Sure. But I'm in this for the long haul and building a brand with customers for life. 17 years and counting. I'm ok doing things that aren't infinitely scalable. I'm not building just to try and get acquired. I'm enjoying the process designing and building a brand at a slow and steady pace.🐢
