What are we even doing as a nation, Nigeria? Why are the leaders so detached from the people’s pain? What sort of individualistic , selfish people are we? An average middle class family cannot afford eggs, the cheapest source of protein for a growing child. An egg , ONE egg is sold #400. It will cost #1200 to give your 3 kids eggs. Fish and meat is unreachable. Children are beginning to show signs of malnutrition in our country and we are not in wartime. Fuel price increased, cooking gas increased, electricity tariff for the non-existent light increased, school fees increased. People have resorted to charcoal and sawdust stoves to cook . And that is getting even expensive. We keep adjusting our expectations and conforming to lower levels of living. Almost scavenging like animals. I pity us Nigerians, truly my heart bleeds for the people. They are the ones watching their kids go to bed hungry and eaten up by mosquitoes and the unbearable heat. They are the ones that cannot afford a roof over their heads. They are still the ones getting killed , raped and kidnappped. This is so barbaric and sad. How do you subject your own people to sub-human levels of suffering while you feast fat on their collective wealth. Nigeria has been repeatedly failed by her leaders in every strata. Other countries are advancing, while we are finding new levels of suffering to impose on the people and taking us back to the Stone Age. You should bow your head in shame if you still have any. Terrible people 😭😭😭😭

The politicians who don’t support Peter Obi aren’t just opposing a candidate, they’re opposing everything his candidacy represents. 😏 He challenges the very foundation of the kind of politics many of them have built their careers on: - Godfatherism. - Vote buying. - Ballot snatching. - Politics as a business rather than public service. 🫩 To many of them, an Obi presidency threatens an entire political ecosystem. Some fear greater scrutiny of how public resources have been managed. Others fear losing the patronage system that has kept them politically and financially relevant for years. Let’s be honest - a thriving industry has been built around politics in Nigeria. On the other hand, many ordinary Nigerians who don’t support Peter Obi simply don’t believe his style of politics is possible. They don’t believe a Nigerian politician can genuinely be service-driven. They don’t believe a Nigerian politician can be prudent. They don’t believe a Nigerian politician can put the country before personal gain. So, instead of engaging his ideas, they dismiss him as “a liar” - not because they’ve actually proven he lies, but because they cannot imagine that a different kind of politics is even possible in Nigeria. That, to me, is one of the greatest tragedies of Nigeria today. 🫩

Today, we break X for his excellency @PeterObi His life in public service typifies everything we want public service in Nigeria to be. He is the example of service, leadership and governance we want other political leaders to emulate. A man of the people. A selfless giver. A Nigerian politician who has conquered greed. 🫩 We celebrate you today so that the world will know that Nigeria also produced a politician of your kind. A leader whose legacy is measured not by personal wealth or political power, but by service to humanity. We are indeed proud of your life in public service. 🙏🏽

Happy birthday to Nigeria’s most influential and respected political figure. Today proves that true leadership doesn't require an official title; a good name will always carry more weight than an office obtained through the backdoor. Integrity outlasts stolen wealth every single time. While some desperate politicians force their names onto street signs only to be met with global disdain, you stand as a rock of integrity who has conquered greed. It speaks volumes that while current officeholders are ignored, you are globally sought after - invited to deliver keynotes on governance, economy, and development in Germany, Belgium, London, and beyond. Thank you for being a true role model. Join me in wishing Peter Obi a happy birthday! The rest can cry responsibly in the comments.

At 65, the Rock stands taller. Not merely by age,
but by courage.
Not by power,
but by principle. Okwute is not just a name-
it is a symbol.
A rock that refuses to bow,
a rock strong enough to pull down the structures of criminality,
corruption,
and hopelessness. While others bend with the winds of convenience,
the Rock remains unmoved,
reminding a nation that integrity still has a face. Happy 65th Birthday, His Excellency Mr. Peter Obi.
May the Rock continue to inspire hope until Nigeria stands on a firmer foundation. Happy Birthday, Okwute for Nigeria. Nigeria will be OK.

In the last election, they rigged Peter Obi out. Now Peter Obi has resurrected to take the rightful place destiny has bestowed on him. They are scared. God is giving Obi DOUBLE FOR HIS TROUBLE and they are deeply troubled. …have they known they couldn't have crucified the king of glory!

There are certain people you meet in life who, directly or indirectly, change the course of your life. Mr. Peter Gregory Obi @PeterObi is one of those people for me. Although I did not meet him personally at first, his influence in Nigeria’s political space, his lifestyle, his humility, his simplicity, his articulation, and the way he conducts himself have profoundly shaped the way I see leadership and the way I choose to carry myself. His calm response to criticism, his ability to remain composed in the face of attacks, and his unwavering focus on the issues rather than the insults have taught me valuable lessons. Those qualities have not only inspired me but have also strengthened my conviction in supporting him. I truly believe in the message he has consistently shared: A New Nigeria is Possible. As long as Peter Obi continues to offer himself for service and his name is on the ballot, I will proudly support him to become the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Today, on his special day, I want to wish him a very happy birthday. I say this with great pride: in the political space, Peter Obi is my principal, my mentor, and one of the leaders whose example I strive to emulate. His life has shown me that leadership can be built on humility, integrity, discipline, and service to the people. My prayer is that God grants him many more years in good health, wisdom, strength, and the grace to continue serving humanity and inspiring millions of Nigerians. Happy Birthday, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi. May God bless you, and may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Justice can never be cracked.

In traditional systems of governance, power and records are centralised in single points of failure. Ministries, officials, and ledgers that can be altered, hidden, or corrupted without trace. This creates the classic problem of unverifiable trust. Citizens cannot independently confirm that resources are used as promised. Peter Obi models a blockchain-style approach to governance. His Anambra record demonstrates immutable commitment to verifiable records and distributed accountability. Publishing budgets. Cutting waste through transparent processes. Delivering measurable outcomes. Just as blockchain uses cryptographic consensus to ensure every transaction is permanently recorded and publicly auditable, Peter Obi’s leadership will create an auditable trail of decisions and results. A trail citizens can trust without relying on the word of any single actor. Once this distributed trust architecture is in place, corruption becomes exponentially harder. Every node can verify the chain. Institution, citizen, investor. Waste is minimised. Incentives align toward long-term value. The system becomes self-correcting. The old centralised, opaque model is replaced by one of radical transparency and cryptographic-level integrity. This is not technology for its own sake. It is the operating system of accountable governance. A New Nigeria is POssible. 🇳🇬
