@SDDonovan Actually, an online book club sounds good. I am not sure how you could make sure that you choose the books fairly though. Maybe you should limit the book number per writer on the club. Like 1 book per person until everyone has their reviews?

I've been thinking of a way to help indie authors, and I have an idea I wanted to run by everyone. We all deserve to be seen, and maybe this will help. So personally, I will start reading more and review an indie novel every 2 or so weeks. I will also post about it here, which will hopefully give that author some visibility. For my second idea to bring the writing community together, I was thinking a kind of book club, where once a month or so we choose a novel together and everyone reads / reviews that authors novel. I understand it's only one novel a month, but the exposure and reviews could change that author's life for the better! And where I need feedback from you all would be how would that author be chosen? I would want it to be fair, so maybe a post I make, anyone interested mentions their book, I random generate a winner. I am all ears on your opinions and suggestions on this. I really want to help everyone and this seems like a step in that direction!

@Okyerdag @Inkitt This is a common stage. Most new writers don’t struggle with writing they struggle with discoverability. Using multiple platforms can help, but only if each one serves a clear purpose (feedback, visibility, or reader growth).
