@Sitback101 Usopp is the only Straw Hat that would make sense, as he could still achieve his dream.
The problem is that Luffy would be hellbent on killing Imu, but Luffy isn’t supposed to decide to defeat Imu until he finds the One Piece.

It’s very unlikely to happen knowing Oda but Imu killing a strawhat (Usopp) would deadass make him the most iconic villain of the series easily

I cant literally think of even one character who just COULDN'T grow stronger due to reaching their absolute peak and plateauing.
