@StandardBankZA No you are not. That's a blatant lie. The client was never informed. They had to contact YOU first after noticing fraudulent transactions on the account due to the security incident. The way you're handling this is fit for investigation by the Ombud!

@Afrihost Thank you. There is nothing to restore on the Cloudflare side. CF is working perfectly as it should. The issue, as your tech team had already mentioned numerous times, is the server in your hosting environment.
