It's funny how so many people who can do anything end up doing nothing because they can't make up their mind about where to commit, and they just end up wandering, getting some good ideas here and there, but they never execute, and the years simply pass, and nothing happens.

Leaders are more likely adopt ideas when they're presented as questions rather than suggestions. Data: Asking "Have you considered...?" and "What do you think of...?" garners support, especially if the boss has a big ego. Advocacy can be threatening. Inquiry is empowering.
