If you’re using an OEM App to order parts through your local dealer to pick up at your local dealership should you get a discount on the parts? Instead of spending an hour at the parts counter that parts person can service other customers. Incentive or rewards program maybe!

@Bkitch1Bodie You’re selling more bushels at higher test weight. That’s your premium.

We’ve average around 15% moisture an 61.2# TW coming out of bins. Which begs question, we get docked quickly for having low TW but why don’t we get a premium for 61+ pound test weight? Especially since every metric of this is technically number 1 yellow not #2 yellow dent

@FarmerTheta Also, what is the average age of farmers? Fairly old I would imagine. Probably a lot to do with the testosterone thing.

@JLinvilleFert @tihoma Not a lot of grading going on with these projects around here. But, I think full shade underneath will degrade the topsoil. Developers here are required to post remediation bond, but I don’t see where that will keep up with inflation over 25 years

@tihoma I've wondered this myself. Do they clear the topsoil and sell it, making the ground poor? Is it just a matter of removing the concrete/panels/wiring?

It appears I have a leak on the bar. Based on the smell in the shed and I can still hear it. Looks like the stem is pushed higher on this section vs the other. Are these ball valves repackable?

Just heard back from @DiscountTire, and they are refusing to take any responsibility for my daughter's wheel falling off her vehicle on the highway after they rotated her tires. Discount Tire is about to have a really bad time.
Attas@TxRecon1

So this happened to my daughter on her way back to Arkansas while driving on the interstate. She just had her tires rotated the day before. Lug bolts sheared off of her left front wheel. No one hurt, but a very scary situation.

@Johnkempf @montebottens I have a dumb question; On concave fields or sections of field, where does that soil go? No drain at the bottom. What about flat fields with no drainage? We got both, on field water storage cap. exceeding 100 yr event. Right out my office window.

@SoybeanTrader88 Move price when every US consumer and Producer is sleeping and offices closed. Then lock it up all day in same 1-2 cent range. Price manipulation? I’d say so. Close the night sessions!!! Easy fix. Give it a trail run.

@Bkitch1Bodie Why don’t you need both? We’re only really have chicken litter available, and it’s heavy P compared to N. So you’d really need to put the manure on to satisfy P req’s and add more N fer kern

Alright guys. Need some help. Finishing harvest the right spinner on our s780 was either shearing bolts or paddles were breaking completely off. Anyone have this happen before? No chopper knifes are broken but one was broke when the first paddle broke off. Thanks in advance

Unpopular opinion: The $110,000/yr salaried worker with a good 9–5 job is better off than the 70 hour per week business owner barely earning $65,000/yr. And it’s not even close.

I’m having an issue with a Coop that does my VRT fert on my soybean ground. They’re refusing to cut my p rates as much as I’m asking. I want zero on anything above 40 ppm and refusing to cut my max rate of 500 lbs of MAP to 300 lbs. they want a min rate of 100 on everything.
