@cb_catt He does his own tuning. I’m not sure what company he tunes for. They make files specifically for the machine and the exam. It’s not the ones you plug in on the side of the block

Does anyone have a source for the weldments on the Deere powercast tail boards? Supposedly could get them at one time but now they want to sell me the whole tailboard. 9770 If it makes a difference

Alright guys. Need some help. Finishing harvest the right spinner on our s780 was either shearing bolts or paddles were breaking completely off. Anyone have this happen before? No chopper knifes are broken but one was broke when the first paddle broke off. Thanks in advance

@philipsag21 Yeah i have had the hub bolt shear usually i change it every year because its a pain to put on by yourself during harvest

@jmichael8430 We had the same problem, we replaced the hubs on the spreaders and put new bolts in and haven’t had any problems, the hubs start to get some play in them and they shear the bolts

@ZWells85 @lankota_sd Both of our machines had these paddles put on same hours and acres and only one spinner is breaking them off. I don’t understand why

@jmichael8430 I had those swept back paddles on mine this year. They are coming off before harvest this year. Kept breaking small pieces off and would make the tailboard vibrate. They didn’t hold up at all. I’ve had the @lankota_sd metal plated ones for years and they are going back on.
