We are very sad to learn of the passing of Al Parker. Al was a valued board member, volunteer, a leader in the development of our Native American History Program, and a wonderful friend. He will be greatly missed.

This past weekend Sylvia Gugino, on of our amazing volunteers, entered the Niagara County Fair's armature pie banking contest. Her entry was a French recipe, "Pate aux Patieux", from 1759. Sylvia's pie won Best in Category and Best in Show! #historicbaking #historiccooking
