@Canesgrl1 @Tesla @elonmusk Ive had this happen 30 percent is more than enough. You will need a new battery. They had me down in 24 hours and had a loaner no issue when I went. Its all covered under insurance. Additionally tesla does towing the cover as needed typically covered by the warranty.

@Tesla @elonmusk I’ve been trying to get my car in since last Friday. My car will not take a charge and I have about 30% battery and live 30 miles from the Tesla service center and I explained that I’d like to get it in asap because I don’t know if the car will have enough charge to get it there. I was not able to get an appointment until Thursday of this week. I keep getting the run around from the service department and no clear answer on getting the car in. I am almost certain the battery will need to be replaced. I keep asking if a loaner will be provided as well and keep getting well we are limited to less than 10 cars. This is absolutely ridiculous so now I may have to have the car towed because I keep getting the run around. The car is throwing an error message and will not take any type of charge. Do something Tesla!
