Senator Kelly is full of it and his entire diatribe is nothing more than an attempt to gaslight us. All Kelly had to do was not try to persuade other service members to disobey orders and he would not be in this trouble. It's simple and kind of obvious. So Senator Kelly can take his sanctimonious bullshit and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Actually, the president can mobilize troops and use military force for up to 60 days without Congressional authority. He simply needs to notify Congress within 48 hours that he has done so. Pretty sure social media would know within 48 minutes, so don't worry you will get your required notification.
