@ericjackson Hi Eric - retail confidence in SRXH/EMJX currently hinges on whether you still plan on taking the reigns as CEO once merger finalized. Can you confirm?

Day 239. The model that predicted 7 bank failures just flagged private credit. $1.7 trillion. Same language pattern. Same trajectory. Thread below.

The FUD around $SRXH is getting out of hand, too many shorts and bashers pushing the fake and negative narrative to shake and scare people out. $EMJX will be here; just stay patient.

Wow. That’s giving it straight to the head of state…..
Magyar Péter (Ne féljetek)@magyarpeterMP

I have arrived at the Sándor Palace to meet the President of Hungary. @DrTamasSulyok is unworthy of representing the unity of the Hungarian nation. He is unfit to serve as the guardian of legality. He is not fit to serve as a moral authority or a role model. Following the formation of the new government, Tamás Sulyok must leave office immediately.

IF the Left were half as obsessed by HOW tax is spent as they are about who pays it, the UK would be ten times better off…..

@OliverC1980 @W98AB Lots of my friends moved to Dubai. None of what you described. If the UK was forward thinking when Dubai was kicking off we would have prevented people leaving by offering small biz tax breaks here but instead we fucked it all up and many of the entrepreneurial generation left.

@samuelitolh @W98AB The first 2 points are a direct consequence of the trump led fuck up up in Iran, 6 weeks ago we had 2 cuts priced in and lowering inflation. On Dubai we lose personal trainers, FX scammers..no great loss. In regards to FI this has been fucked since Brexit. The UK needs a reset.

@samuelitolh @W98AB Demand is down because of crazy service charges and the wider interest rate environment. What i am trying to articulate is nobody cares about all that 'hotel' shit that is driving extortionate service charges (and will continue to do so)....these properties are fucked

@samuelitolh @W98AB This is the problem though, how many people care about having a pool, cinema room, workspace, gym in there building? Demand is dopping because nobody cares about it AND wants to pay for the ever increasing upkeep..these are the flats that are getting fucked.

Peace talks between the US and Iran have failed. What does this mean for markets? We'll probably open with a huge gap-down on monday, followed by more downside in case the situation doesn't resolve. The market has proven to be resilient, so we might not see a new low. My gameplan is simple: Buy when we drop into support. Buy more when we retest the 2025 march high. This is a massive opportunity.

Trump: "You want to see a stock market go down? Let a couple nuclear bombs be dropped on us or frankly any place else, and then you'll see a stock market that goes down. So the stock market has not gone very much at all. It's gone down a little bit. Much less than I thought. And frankly the gas hasn't gone up as much as I thought."

$ONDS just to increase authorized common shares from 800M to 1.2B Not approved yet, shareholders still need to vote As of April 9, under the 800M plan: • 481.9M shares outstanding • 196.3M reserved for warrants • 56.1M reserved for options/RSAs • 63.7M still available for issuance Potential dilution was already 40% If approved, it rises to 60% This comes after 74% YoY dilution Still a great company with large growth ahead, but at 87x PS today, the dilution pushes the valuation into extreme territory, 217x PS 2026 revenue growth will offset it But that means that in a year, it will still be trading at very large multiples with a far larger revenue base As an investor, the question is: Can you justify the dilution with execution?
