Happy 46th birthday to me! 🎉 Officially 46 years wiser, 3 slipped discs older, and still convinced I'm 18... until about 7:03am when my back goes crick-CRACK and I suddenly feel 88. A quick blast of pain relief later and boom—back to "young legend" mode for the day. Just received my official birthday cuddle/wad from chief chaos agent Arlo the dog 🐶, and now he's dragging me round the park like I'm the one on the lead. Followed by an all day breakfast. Next up: adventures in the woods where the mission is simple prevent Arlo from turning every mud puddle, brook, and pond into his personal spa. (Spoiler: mission fails spectacularly every time.) Final stop: The Maltings for Arlo's well earned pupachino (whipped cream criminal) and a very deserved pint for Dad. 🍺 Then home for Tina's legendary lamb dinner. Perfect Sunday vibes. Aging like fine wine... Or maybe more like milk that's been left out but still tastes alright with enough coffee. Either way, cheers to 46! 🥂
