@SoundTransit how is anyone supposed to rely on inconsistent trains? I’m not voting for extending the light rail service anymore. I’m 5 minutes from a station and it’s the most inconvenient part of my commute. Sometimes they come every 10 minutes, sometimes is 25.

@CearaCrawshaw I use severity scores. For example, if the app requires you to sign in before using it, and sign in is a nightmare, that's a critical feature, and a severe issue. If sign in isn't required, it's still a critical feature but less sever to the experience.

Do you have a system for how to prioritize what to user test? It's impractical to just be like: everything. So, how do you decide? Any framework you apply or rationale? #uxdesign
