2 years after they called me a mad man.
You people will respect me by force.

Putting it out there for posterity: One day, when he fully unravels - you people will know the exact role Akin Tollgate is playing in infiltrative politics on here. First time I clocked him was pre-elections, during those spaces. Until then, ✌ #BabyDoyinOkupe

In this upcoming week, you shall be unstoppable. Everything good you lay your hand upon shall be successful. Where others are finding it harder, you shall find it easier. The good shepherd shall not leave you, me, and our loved ones behind. And your prayers shall work for you. And may the grace of the Almighty God be with us all 🙏🏽

My son said, "Don't worry Mum, I'll handle everything,"
I trusted him completely. He always my rock. So when my passport renewal came up, I handed him my documents and didn't think twice.
Fast forward to today. I'm at the passport office, smiling, chatting with the clerk.
She pulls up my file, then pauses. Her face changes.
"Ma'am. do you know about this form?" she asks quietly.
She slides a paper across the counter, signed, notarized, dated six months ago.
I'd never seen it before in my life.
My stomach dropped.
It was a third party authorisation form, granting someone full power to:
- Apply for and receive my passport
-Change my travel records
-Even restrict my ability to leave the country
Without my knowledge. Without my signature.
"That's impossible," I said. "I've never signed this."
But there it was, my name, printed clearly. And a signature that looked almost like mine.
Close. But not quite.
Then I looked at the bottom, the authorized agent's name.
And my blood ran cold.
It was my ex husband. The man I left 10 years ago. The man my son barely speaks to.
Why would he have control over my passport?
I called my son immediately. His voice cracked .
"Mum... he said he'd help me 'protect you.' He said you were in danger. I believed him."
My own son had been manipulated into handing over my identity.

My son said, 'Don't worry Mum. I'll handle everything.' I trusted him completely.
But while renewing my passport, the clerk slid a form across the counter, a signed, notarised document I had never laid eyes on.
Someone else had been granted the power to control my travel, my identity, my freedom. And the name on that paper shocked me...
