I have recently changed my main AI (Grok) to Claude. Grok is good for unfiltered info but Claude can do so much more. And with Elon cutting everyone off from pic/vid generation, for me that was the last straw.

That’s 922,000 barrels per day gone – The IEA said this week the world is facing its BIGGEST EVER oil supply crisis – Iran is targeting bypass routes on purpose. If you were curious what instagram was like back in 2011, here's a review I did 15 years ago 🤣 This was such a special time on the internet.. it had such a fresh new vibe. It was so exciting and almost everything that was rapidly being launched was something we hadn't seen before. Now, almost every social network has the most popular things that worked on other platforms.. on theirs as well. It all feels very familiar, just a different icon. I miss the days of scrolling my feed and seeing real people, real trolls (not AI bot farms) just a classic angry person behind a keyboard 🤣 Anyways, when did you join instagram? I joined Oct 2010.

@andrewjclare I have an old MacBook Pro running Monterey os with 8GBs and intel processor and it run well for been and old MacBook. I bet neo will run great for what it is. Mac’s are great computers hands down.

Things I’ve learned since the Macbook Neo was announced: - Turns out even a $499 MacBook can be controversial. - According to tech twitter, 8gb of ram isn’t enough for note taking, opening up a website and running the ChatGPT app at the same time. - everyone really did want colorful MacBooks - Android users are defending windows - Steve Jobs would have approved this - the iPad Air is cooked - Rest in peace Chromebooks - people think an iPhone chip is bad - If edit 8K video while rendering a 3D animation, while exporting a podcast, running 100 Chrome tabs, Final Cut, Blender, and still checking email like nothing’s happening, during simulating an entire city in a game engine just to test shadows and running four external displays while the fans barely wake up… the Neo is not for you.
