The new EPRA regulations prohibit existing customers from switching providers from KPLC to any new entrants. I urge you to use this 30-day window to write to EPRA @EPRA_KE and the Competition Authority to oppose this lock out. This is against our consumer rights. We can vuka from Telcos but not from KPLC.
