You must have wonder how did i pick the exact CVs to forward to the appropriate people for the openings. Here is how i selected so it will be an eye opener to others. 1) The CV must be in the best readable format, clear and doesn’t confuse anyone reading it 2) The sender must have a profile photo/dp 3) i went to the bottom of my messages, and started the selection from there. 4) I focused more on the age brackets 5) I focused more on those who doesn’t have any job to present 6) I focused more on those without bluetick. 7) And lastly i focused more on the locations posted. This was how i selected for that round, am still reviewing CVs once i have another opening i will continue from the ones i have with me, so if you are still sending no problem. Congratulations if you fall within these criteria. DISCLAIMER: this is not to say you have been selected that’s strictly on the HR not me. I just did my part in the selection process, i am not an HR personnel, and i am not selecting for the company, when they review anyone that suites them they will contact you.
