I went to donate blood. But the team at @RotaryNalumunye surrounded me like I had done something extraordinary. It hit me. Their cheers mean someone will live because I did.
Please give blood. And when you do, dont leave your soda and biscuit 😀

Friends and colleagues, please accept my heartfelt thanks for your kind words, visits, prayers, calls, and all the support you have given during these difficult times. Thank you for standing with us. The love you have shared, from the vigil to the funeral and the days that followed, means a great deal to our emotional well-being. Catching up will take time, but we shall trust the process. Nalongo sends her regards. MHSRIP.
God bless you all.

As a journalist, what would you do in a life-or-death situation? How fast can you evacuate if things turn violent?
Our participants are being trained on safety tactics, including exit routes when a story turns dangerous—because no story is worth a life.

Today we kicked off our No Safety, No Story training with Ugandan journalists covering the elections — equipping them with the skills to stay safe in hostile environments.
This program is held in partnership with @KasUganda.
👉🏾Safety first, because without it there’s no story.
