Flights, hotels and car rentals are always higher. This adds no benefit to the customer.

This fucks customers if we want to use our reward points to plan a trip. It significantly devalues our reward points. Also, spending on your CC doesn’t benefit us a whole lot. I have 56k points which only gives me < $600 in $$$. You’re a multi hundred billion $$$ company.

@armyemdoc This is a new paramedic using 3 different laryngoscopes in a SALAD simulation In studies evaluating the Vie Scope, ALL users were novice & they compared the VS to laryngoscopes that they had used for years. Results show for difficult airway, its superior to DL & equivalent to VL

How many emergency intubations does it take to develop proficiency? This study published last month analyzed data from 8 previous prospective studies found that the curve of FPS versus operator experience appears to level out around 35-50 intubations.
