But when the Cal damand is so high that you can't outrun it even if sit all day earimg to gain JUST FAT, not having bare minimum fat reserves for the body happens.
Have you ever lost your blood oxygen saturation just by eating a ton?

Don't eat a day & you stop demanding Cals, not burning fat
Fat is for urgent, long term energy support
Defy getting Cals: brain goes numb, body goes loose. Less eating less burn. EZ
