@SereseUK @DailyMail "Detention centers" will either be full of bad people, in which case it's like a normal prison, or full of good innocent people, in which case it's like a concentration camp. Nobody wants any of that, so voters views on immigration are irrelevant.

@OneFinanceGuy @TheProleStar Did you ever get any further with identifying the mysterious Mr Robinson? This guy also owns Wren Properties & financially would fit the bill. Another possibility but less likely is the guy from Haywards Heath linked to many many companies but doesn't seem to have the money 🤷

Missing person appeal: who is Malcolm Robinson? A mysterious Reform donor no one knows or heard of donated £165k to the party but less discussed was a £1m loan granted to Reform on 4th Jul 2025, of £250k repaid on 27th Aug - in between, £9m came in from Christopher Harborne.

@policylaila How do you call doing propaganda and proposing incentives for a company whose shareholder gave you £5m personal gift and £20m to your party? I call it Reform

I’m Bexley, the Conservatives are using taxpayers’ money to prop up favoured businesses.Picking winners and losers. That’s not conservatism. That’s socialism.

@HyboreanCat @PolitlcsUK I think spending taxpayers money with performative punishment of unsupportive voters by building Trump-style concentration camps is not in the best interests of the British people.

The classic Trump act: don't sort the problem, create further deficit, damage international reputation and engage in revenge against unsupportive voters with abuse of power. When people say Farage is the British Trump, believe them.
Chris Rose@ArchRose90

Reform have pledged to build dozens of immigration detention centres in constituencies that vote Green. I’m sure the “Refugees Welcome” voters won’t mind. They certainly keep telling working class areas that “diversity is our strength” so they welcome this “strength”.

@ArchRose90 Politics of revenge and abuse of power. You did well leaving the @Conservatives, Mr Rose. There is no space for revenge against voters in any party but Reform. Well done you.

🌹 Labour received a £4m donation from a hedge fund linked to an offshore tax haven. I’m sure we’ll see the same level of scrutiny and outrage from The Guardian… …any moment now.

Nigel Farage had claimed this £5 million was for his safety. This is easily proved: show us the financial records that prove that since you received this donation you have used sizeable amounts to improve your safety. £5 million for security is as much as the Royals get. So again, show us the receipts. Violence against any politician is to be abhorred. BUT if it turns Farage used this as an excuse to cover up wrong doing then it is cry wolf of the very worst kind. And as I state above, incredibly easy to prove me wrong. Publish receipts showing how much of that £5 million has been spent on security. Not that it excuses the fact once an MP he “forgot” that a major political donor to Reform gave him £5 million…
Kemi Badenoch@KemiBadenoch

Why did Farage run scared from news interviews today? It’s because there’s something fishy about the £5 million he took. And he knows it. He’s normally very happy to shout from a TV studio -as long as he controls the terms. The truth is that cash wasn’t for Reform. Watch👇

👀WHERE'S KEIR STARMER? It's local election week. It's expected to be a "Starmergeddon" The Tories, Reform & Greens have put up their leaders for the final, big media round Labour? Heidi Alexander. Is Keir Starmer now so toxic to voters they're keeping him in the cupboard?

@JaneSmith13579 Unions donating to Labour is not really new. But I think any organisation deserves scrutiny: think tanks, private companies, unions. I am more of a corporate person, having no familiarity with unions (say, their funding rules etc), but I fully support scrutiny of any party

The ONLY way Harborne's gift could be considered "for security" would be if cash was in an escrow account where funds are controlled and outflows have very specific conditions. Other than that, it is £5m in a personal account and Farage can do whatever the hell he wants with it.

Farage just provided the evidence that Daniel Greenberg needed that the £5m gift was not for security, as I raised in my previous post. It was just a gift, Farage can do as he wishes - he says himself. @kevinhollinrake @Conservatives

@kevinhollinrake @OneFinanceGuy I think this is a really stupid debate I assume David Amis made no security declaration? Personally I don’t want to see politicians attacked in the street or having their homes fire bombed I don’t need to know their security arrangements or costs

@OneFinanceGuy @kevinhollinrake @SophyRidgeSky I bet Starmers private security provided by the Tory government was not declared and was a 7 figure sum as 24 hours armed protection officers are not cheap Starmer was NOT an MP or a Government minister - neither was Farage
