I think that Hal’s best era is the Bronze Age. Dennis O'Neil, Wolfman, Mike Bar, Len wein, legendary writers with good runs. Even Englehart had a nice run (before his questionable GLC run). Also beautiful art by Joe Staton, Neal Adams, Mike Grell and Dave Gibson.

@lanterncast Basically exactly what you’re showing was it for me as well. Rebirth was amazing to me. Made GL my favorite character and favorite part of comics. Also led to me collecting a lot more DC.

@lanterncast @dub55403 @SteelScarlet Hal Jordan. From watching Super Friends and receiving the Super Powers action figure as a Christmas present. And he’s still my favorite today mostly due to the Geoff Johns run taking place during the height of my comic book collecting as an adult

@The25thNigga It is the greatest. On the Marvel side I’d recommend Avengers Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. I believe that is the best Avengers series. If you haven’t watched it yet

I just finished Justice League Unlimited and now I have to live with the fact that I will never watch another cartoon this great ever again for the rest of my days

This might be the single greatest cartoon episode I have ever seen in my entire fucking life, in order to beat Branithor (Braniac x Luthor) flash went so fucking fast he accidentally got stuck in the speed force and was almost stuck their for eternity until the JL barely pulled them out. Like dude shit flash is literally the fucking goat and the glue that holds this league together but he’s also super fucking overpowered and I love it. I’m in genuine awe dude Justice league unlimited is fucking amazing

Finished season 1 of JLU and this was my favorite episode so far. Getting to see both Bruce’s interact with Terry & John with his son was also really cool. It’s crazy that they saved the entire universe and John and Batman are the only ones to remember it. Easy 10/10 season
