12.05 am I ended up in my flat, I don't feel okay today, about 8 hours standing up, my legs don't feel right and I thought I was going to be murdered, @OneMcr are always saying they perform well and do right, I think they don't give a toss about their tenants and they bully.

@OneMcr New boiler fitted 14th Nov, still NO heating/hot water in freezing weather. 2 gas engineers + 1 plumber sent, each saying “its the other trade’s job” so still no fix. Latest call gave 19th December despite this being an emergency. its less stress to fund repairs yourself

@OneMcr Your horror company Sureserve PROMISED to come back and fix the fire door lock yesterday on our store room. They replaced it without checking it works. Now we are utterly unsafe with one exit blocked, AGAIN...and right after a fire as well! Absolutely shocking.

@OneMcr Noting your lack of response @OneMcr. Official complaint sent. Perhaps @manchesterfire can remind you that it isn't a good idea to block tenants from accessing a fire escape. Yes, there is another door but the NEAREST exit to the stairs is the door you have blocked. @AnnIgbon

Hi Ruth, thanks for reaching out. We're aware of fly-tipping and side waste issues in the area and are currently working on tackling these alongside Manchester City Council. Our Neighbourhood Officer for Shawgreen recently completed a Neighbourhood Inspection alongside MCC to assess the area and proactively report any issues. Our next Neighbourhood Inspection in Shawgreen will take place on Tuesday 27 March – you're more than welcome to pop down to chat to us, we really value feedback like yours and its importance in creating change.
