I have been trying to get in touch and get answers from @onemedical because I was billed for a case of medical fraud for my minor daughter. I have been given the runaround since January 11. I have had One Medical for years, and if this is not resolved, I will not be renewing.

Quick trip abroad, got Zepbound, lost menopause weight. In America they would have let me get full blown diabetes before they offered meds. Millennial doctors, especially women, are the shittiest doctors by a fucking mile and it's not even close.

@onemedical will fail. Horrible onboarding and customer experience It used to be great pre acquisition. I paid for membership but can’t sign my wife up. It says name not recognized. And no number to call for support

@chrissyfarr Days after my 20yo son was diagnosed by @onemedical with strep, my wife took him to the @UCSFHospitals ER bc he looked so bad. They waited for hours in an ER of the damned, then misdiagnosed again. Turns out he had mono. UCSF billed $12,000 to insurance, $2,000 out of pocket.

My husband went to the ER, sat there for two hours without getting seen, then an intern triaged him, and still he didn’t get seen. He felt better in that time so he ended up leaving. A $3,000 bill arrived. Apparently it’s $3,000 for the privilege of being in the waiting room now. I’ve asked for an itemized bill. At this point I’m curious about how you even code for that? “Waiting charge?”
