@KatieMiller @CommunityNotes Calling for Community Notes because Trump relied on dog whistles instead of saying it explicitly isn't a defense. Everyone in that ballroom knew exactly what he was implying.
English

The joke wasn’t transphobic.
President Trump didn’t call Dylan Mulvaney a man.

The DOJ task force in NJ found a handful of individual cases out of millions of votes cast—and every single one was caught because federal immigration databases cross-check voting records when applicants apply for citizenship.
Those isolated cases were charged with federal crimes and face deportation.
Isolated individual crimes caught by federal audits prove the detection system works, not that there's widespread illegal voting.
English

Neither Senate Republicans nor Senate Democrats can afford to ignore this.
Anyone who chooses to ignore it will do so at their own political peril.
How the Senate reacts to this moment will echo down through the ages.

🚨I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH🚨 The Chester County, Pennsylvania, non-juror list contains 65 pages of non-citizens that have been summoned for jury duty. If this is happening in Chester County, it’s happening everywhere. Pass the SAVE America Act!
English

@SecMullinDHS @WhiteHouse @POTUS @DHSgov Claiming to fight child exploitation while you actively blocked the release of the unredacted Epstein files on the Senate floor is pure hypocrisy.
If you actually care about taking down predators, unseal the blacked-out names in those flight logs and client lists.
English

U.S. citizenship is a privilege. If you come here illegally, you are breaking the law.
Under @POTUS Trump, illegal aliens are being detained and removed. Period.
We are committed to removing these drug traffickers, pedophiles, fraudsters, and other criminal aliens off our streets.

English

@SecMullinDHS @WhiteHouse @POTUS @DHSgov You blocked the resolution to release the DOJ's Epstein files on the Senate floor, but now you want to lecture the public about removing predators?
Talking tough on border cameras doesn't erase the votes you cast to protect Epstein's client list.
English

Brave talk about "removing pedophiles," Secretary Mullin—considering you literally went on the Senate floor to block a resolution demanding the DOJ release the unredacted Epstein files.
If protecting victims and removing predators is your priority, why did you object to releasing the names of Epstein's wealthy co-conspirators?
English

@SenRickScott The guy who oversaw Columbia/HCA during the largest Medicare fraud settlement in American history is calling constitutional rights a "loophole."
The 14th Amendment isn't a loophole, Rick—it's the supreme law of the land.
English

Calling the 14th Amendment an "insane loophole" is wild for a sitting U.S. Senator.
Birthright citizenship is explicitly guaranteed by the Constitution and upheld by the Supreme Court for over 125 years. Maybe read Section 1 of the 14th Amendment before drafting another unconstitutional bill.
English

The "insane loophole" you're talking about is the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Settled by the Supreme Court in 1898 (United States v. Wong Kim Ark), birthright citizenship was written specifically to ensure citizenship is determined by birth on American soil, not by politicians playing gatekeeper.
If you want to change the Constitution, file an amendment—otherwise, stop pretending statute law overrides the 14th Amendment.
English

@BasedMikeLee Self-proclaimed "Constitutionalist" Mike Lee spent a decade lecturing the country about preserving Senate rules—only to rubber-stamp ending the filibuster because Trump posted a Truth Social rant in all caps. Peak hypocrisy.
English

@BasedMikeLee Remember when you called attempts to destroy the filibuster "what we call an abuse of power"?
Fascinating how quickly your "sacred constitutional principles" evaporate the second Trump tells you to jump.

English

In 2022, you wrote an entire op-ed calling the filibuster "one of the most powerful restraints on human nature in federal government" and warned that removing it would "irreparably break the Senate beyond recognition."
Now that it’s convenient for your party, you’re cheering on tearing it down. So was it an essential constitutional guardrail then, or just a partisan tool you toss out when you want power?
English

That’s Senator Barack Obama advocating for bipartisan comprehensive immigration reform—a deal that combined border enforcement with a path to citizenship for millions, which your party killed.
Obama went on to deport 3M+ people under existing law.
The fact that standard 2006 enforcement rhetoric looks "extreme far-right" to you just shows how much your party turned border security into political theater instead of passing actual legislation.
English

In PA, jury pools are randomly drawn from PennDOT driver’s license lists—not voter rolls.
PennDOT doesn't track citizenship on driver’s licenses.
So when a questionnaire is sent out, legal non-citizens check "Not a Citizen" and are excused.
That 65-page list IS the record of them being screened out before ever setting foot in a courtroom.
English

@OneOfManyVets @BasedMikeLee But they WERE summoned for jury duty. What am I missing?
English

@Perry72698208 @WhiteHouse Laughing off the text of the 22nd Amendment doesn't make it a joke.
When the official White House account broadcasts election denial, "baha" is just a cop-out for having no actual defense.
English

.@POTUS on Iran: "You can just keep doing exactly what we're doing, and take them apart piece by piece. We could do it at a more rapid fashion, which we might do — or we can negotiate with them, which we're also doing right now."
English

@thedailybeast Yep, that’s “Dementia Don” the U.S. President! 🙏
English

The president apparently could not tell the post was mocking his supporters.

The White House is calling this a "FACT"
The record on the shutdown that's harming American TSA workers:
— Democrats blocked the full DHS bill: fact
— Democrats proposed TSA-only funding to end the airport crisis: fact
— Republicans blocked that on the Senate floor: fact
— Sunday 3/23/26: Thune brought a deal to Trump to end it
— Trump rejected it — NBC News, 3/23/26
— Sen. Kennedy (R-LA), Fox News: "The Democrats offered a deal... Trump said no"
50,000 TSA workers are American citizens
The @POTUS was offered a way to fix it and said no
That's also a fact
Accountability goes both ways 🇺🇸

@RapidResponse47 @POTUS Terrified of actual policy accountability, so he creates trade wars with Spain and posts high-school-level "RESTRAINING ORDER NEEDED" memes about Giorgia Meloni begging for a photo.
Standard theater to distract from bypassing NATO for a unilateral surprise war.
English

.@POTUS: "Spain is a wasted cause. We don't want to do any trade business with Spain anymore by the way... Spain is a terrible partner in NATO. They don't participate, they don't pay. I don't want anything to do with Spain."
